Enterprise Encounter

Enterprise Encounter is a programme which brings Leaving Certificate students into direct contact with local entrepreneurs.

It is a join initiative of the City and County Enterprise Boards and the Second Level Support Service of the Department of Education and Science. It involves 5th and 6th year students from the Leaving Certificate Vocational Programme (LCVP) and the Leaving Certificate Applied.

The visit will take place during the business day and will last about one hour. A group of 4-5 students interview the business owner about their career and business and produce a report as classwork.

If you are a LCVP or LCA teacher in Dun Laoghaoire-Rathdown and would like to involve your students in Enterprise Encounter, please call us at (01) 494 8400.
